August 15, 2019

The FitChick Trip has started!!!! The 2nd annual visit to Appalachian Trail Adventures. Laura Carson organizes a women’s hiking retreat for 50 Something Fitness members. Laura states “We selected Appalachian Trail Adventures after exploring another local option. Boy, am I glad we did. We arrived in Aug and the experience we had was simply AMAZING! John and his team were hand-on and designed customized days for us best on desire, skills, weather and more. We experienced all the best of Southern Vermont including hiking, kayaking, shopping and local sight-seeing. Also, the accommodations and food was amazing – many options and high quality which is rare for a package offering. We were so pleased and impressed that we are already planning our return trip in Aug 2020!h

Appalachian Trail Adventures has been recognized with a 2018 Certificate of Excellence for the Fifth straight year!

May 24, 2018
2018 trip awrda5 YEARS IN A ROW!!! We’re pleased to announce that Appalachian Trail Adventures has been recognized with a 2018 Certificate of Excellence, based on the consistently great reviews earned on the world’s largest travel site.
I like to note, this award is not the fake ones I see other business posting on their webpage. I could have won those awards too, if I wanted to pay to win!!! yes, dont believe everything you see online, just like fake Russian news stories there are fake awards.  I even had a chance to be one of ten best hiking spas including a  tv show best spas in America but it would cost $25,000. so dont even believe the tv, lol, those top resorts shows etc are just paid commercials. what a funny world we live in these days.
